1. Service description

AI Listing Doctor is a software service that analyses marketplace product listings and generates AI-assisted suggestions for titles, descriptions, keywords and item specifics.

All output is generated by an AI model and must be reviewed by you before publication. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of any listing you publish.

2. No performance guarantee

AI Listing Doctor provides AI-generated recommendations and does not guarantee increased sales, search ranking or marketplace performance. Listing scores are AI-generated quality indicators only.

3. No marketplace affiliation

AI Listing Doctor is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay or any other marketplace. All marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or violate applicable law.

5. Plans, usage limits and billing

Free, Starter and Pro plans include a fixed monthly allowance of optimisations that resets at the start of each calendar month. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are processed by our payment provider.

Unused optimisations do not roll over. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use AI Listing Doctor to generate misleading, infringing, unlawful or prohibited listing content, to reverse-engineer the service, or to resell automated access without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Listing Doctor is provided on an as-is basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, arising from use of the service.
